Returns and exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs. We use the RA number to identify the return. Once we get the clubs back, we use the number to expedite the return process.
Instructions to get your Return Authorization number:
You can get a RA number by contacting through the Returns Authorization page. You will need to identify the reason for return. Once your return is approved, an RA (Return Authorization) number is assigned to your return. This RA number will be valid for 15 days from the date issued. It is how we track the return and any credits related to your order. Please carefully package your returned product with the RA number and the last name of the purchaser clearly labeled on the outside of the box. Packages without an RA number or last name on the outside of the box will be rejected.

We will make sure your return is taken care of in a timely manner and per your request. Return Shipping UPS ground shipping will be covered by Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs on warranty returns only. All other return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will only cover shipping to the original shipping address on the purchase order.
Return Shipping
All returned shipments must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the original invoice or packing list. UPS ground shipping will be covered by Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs on warranty and defective returns only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the returned items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs will give store credit only on all approved returned items.
How to Return Merchandise
To return an item, Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs requests that you use your original shipping carton (if possible). Returns and Exchanges can not be processed without first receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs. The RA number is used to efficiently process your return after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse.
Please follow these instructions:
1. Please try to re-use your original shipping carton. Place the returned items in your original shipping carton with appropriate packing material. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise. Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs will cover the return shipping costs on all golf clubs only on defective or damaged items. Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs will not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced pop-up marks, dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or bent shafts.

2. Please include the original or a copy of the original packing slip, and note the reason for your return, and enclose the slip in the shipping carton. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name and address, the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: Improperly packaged items returned by customer to Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs (not enough packing material, shoddy boxes, not enough tape on box, etc.) will not be credited by Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs. Please take care in packaging your returned products to Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs. We will make sure your return is taken care of in a timely manner and your account is properly credited. We cannot refund your original shipping charges
