At Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs, we know every club that we produce to be of the utmost quality and craftsmanship and are confident you will enjoy your new golf clubs. As such we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your new golf clubs, return them for your money back or store credit. Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs will exchange or refund merchandise purchased within 30 days of product receipt, accompanied by the original sales receipt and Return Authorization (RA) Number.Only clubs returned in new or with normal wear will be accepted under this policy. Clubs that are damaged or abused will not be accepted (i.e., no pop-up marks, dings, chips, etc).
Once approved, a 30-day money back refund or in-store credit in the amount of the product purchase price for all STANDARD new clubs will be applied.
- A standard new club is any new golf club that is ordered with both a STANDARD Steel Shaft or Graphite Shaft and STANDARD Grip
Custom club orders, where the clubs are built to non-standard specifications, are excluded from this offer. Any club altered from the original manufacturer's specifications voids this offer
The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior Return Authorization from Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs. Please email returns@eaglesbackgolfclubs.com for a Return Authorization Number. When you email Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs for a RA number you must submit a reason for the return. The Return Authorization number is used to efficiently process your order after we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse. The RA number is valid 15 days from the date issued.

ONE YEAR Warranty
All of our clubs are built to the highest standards of workmanship and materials. Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs warranty's all products for ONE year from point of original purchase. Any defective product may be returned anytime within one year of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
If any defects should arise during this period resulting from normal use, Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs will repair or replace the defective product quickly at no expense to you. Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products to determine the extent to which the warranty policy shall apply.
Warranty claims will not be approved for clubs as a result of mis-use or accidents resulting in damage to the clubs. Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs will not accept returns on items in the case of customer induced pop-up marks, dings, chips, tire marks, deep scratches, unusual rusting or bent shafts.
Please contact Eagle's Back Custom Golf Clubs prior to returning any merchandise for warranty or defective consideration. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and associated expenses of return merchandise.
